SOCI 2030 Race, Class and Gender3 Credit Hour(s) Using a socio-historical perspective and a critical reasoning approach, the consequences associated with race, class and gender inequalities in American social institutions are examined. Attention will be given to the impact of more recent demographic shifts in the cultural characteristics of society and to the global nature, of race, class and gender issues.
Prerequisite(s): DSPW 0800 , DSPR 0800 or equivalent
