FIRE 1330 Fire Prevention3 Credit Hour(s) This course provides fundamental knowledge relating to the field of fire prevention. Topics include the history and philosophy of fire prevention bureau, use and application of codes and standards, plan review, fire inspections, fire and safety education and fire investigation.
This course is not designed for transfer to four-year universities. Students should check course recommendations with the college or university to which they intend to transfer for a baccalaureate degree. The receiving institution always makes the final decision about transferability of credits.
