ACCT 2220 Intermediate Accounting II3 Credit Hour(s) This course is a continuation of Intermediate Accounting I with emphasis placed on the formation and operation of the corporate form of business organization. Content includes liabilities and reserves, analysis of financial statements and working capital, dividends, earnings per share, income tax allocation, and revenue recognition.
Prerequisite(s): ACCT 2210 This course is not designed for transfer to four-year universities. Students should check course recommendations with the college or university to which they intend to transfer for a baccalaureate degree. The receiving institution always makes the final decision about transferability of credits.
