FINR 2300 Business Law3 Credit Hour(s) A study of business law in relationship to commercial transactions, contracts, agency and employer/employee relationships, negotiable instruments and legal procedures. Includes breaches and remedies, product liability, real property, consumer/debtor protection, bankruptcy, personal property, and agency contracts/ torts.
This course is not designed for transfer to four-year universities. Students should check course recommendations with the college or university to which they intend to transfer for a baccalaureate degree. The receiving institution always makes the final decision about transferability of credits.
