ISDS 2755 Introduction to Management Information Systems3 Credit Hour(s) This course is designed to teach students how MIS concepts are applied in a business environment. An introductory framework that stresses the most current and common business applications of technology is developed through case studies and projects. Topics covered include: hardware and software, business data communications, strategic uses of information systems, and how information systems can solve day-to- day business problems.
