ITEC 2520 End User Support and Troubleshooting/Applications3 Credit Hour(s) This course provides a comprehensive introduction to the principles of Information Technology support helpdesk concepts. Students are introduced to appropriate customer service practices as well as the operation and terminology of helpdesk systems using selected helpdesk software packages.
Prerequisite(s): ITEC 2510 This course is not designed for transfer to four-year universities. Students should check course recommendations with the college or university to which they intend to transfer for a baccalaureate degree. The receiving institution always makes the final decision about transferability of credits.
