LEGL 1045 Legal Research3 Credit Hour(s) This course is required for all students in the Paralegal Studies program. Students learn to perform legal research using federal and state statutes, legal encyclopedias, treatises, form books, government publications, and state and national reporters. Students also learn the proper method of citation and how to brief and analyze court cases.
Prerequisite(s): LEGL 1040 with a grade of “C” or better
