MATH 1420 Geometry for Elementary Education3 Credit Hour(s) This course is a conceptual approach to the study of geometry. Topics include measurement, congruence, similarity, and shape; historical development of geometry as a tool; and probability and statistics. Students will participate in discussions and submit projects as part of the course.
Prerequisite(s): Documented eligibility for collegiate mathematics; one high school credit each in Algebra I, Algebra II, and geometry
