Developed in response to a growing emphasis on the need to learn and use quality management and leadership methods, the Q&P program provides students with the practical knowledge, skills, and abilities to be successful in the 21st-century workplace. The five concentration courses are built around the ASQ Body of Knowledge for certification as a quality manager.

Program Learning Outcomes

Upon successful completion of the program, students will be able to:

Demonstrate an understanding of the decision-making process in an organizational setting.

Total Program Credits: 60
