LEGL 1100 Constitutional Law3 Credit Hour(s) This course covers the development of fundamental principles in constitutional law and integrates the study of United States Supreme Court decisions. Course material includes judicial review, the concepts of federalism and non-federalism, the Bill of Rights and other amendments, and the powers of the Supreme Court, Congress, and the President.
Prerequisite(s): LEGL 1040 with a grade of “C” or better This course is not designed for transfer to four-year universities. Students should check course recommendations with the college or university to which they intend to transfer for a baccalaureate degree. The receiving institution always makes the final decision about transferability of credits.
