LEGL 2065 Intellectual Property3 Credit Hour(s) This course is designed to acquaint the student with various aspects of intellectual property law. Students explore various laws and principles related to traditional aspects of trademark, trade secrets, copyright, and patent law. Students also review and prepare various documents and forms commonly used in these areas.
Prerequisite(s): with a grade of “C” or better This course is not designed for transfer to four-year universities. Students should check course recommendations with the college or university to which they intend to transfer for a baccalaureate degree. The receiving institution always makes the final decision about transferability of credits.
