LEGL 2325 Alternative Dispute Resolution3 Credit Hour(s) This course provides an overview of dispute resolution mechanisms used in the American legal system such as negotiation, mediation, and arbitration. Students explore the various statutes, regulations, and ethical standards applicable to alternative dispute resolution and learn the basic skills needed to work with parties in conflict.
