CITC 1351 Principles of Info Assurance3 Credit Hour(s) This is a beginning course in information assurance which examines the fundamentals of information assurance. The course will introduce topics such as the need for security, risk management, security technology, cryptography, and physical security. Also covered are legal/ethical issues and security policies.
Prerequisite(s): INFS 1010 This course is not designed for transfer to four-year universities. Students should check course recommendations with the college or university to which they intend to transfer for a baccalaureate degree. The receiving institution always makes the final decision about transferability of credits.
