FIRE 2380 Legal Aspects of the Emergency Services 3 Credit Hour(s) This course addresses the federal, state, and local laws that regulate emergency services. It also includes a review of national and consensus standards and regulations by which emergency services are measured. Current legal events related to emergency services are introduced and discussed. This course is not designed for transfer to four-year universities. Students should check course recommendations with the college or university to which they intend to transfer for a baccalaureate degree. The receiving institution always makes the final decision about transferability of credits.
