LEGL 2080 Criminal Law and Procedure3 Credit Hour(s) This course covers the substantive aspects of criminal law and includes the general principles of criminal liability, specific analysis of particular crimes, and the substantive defenses to crimes. Constitutional safeguards and procedures from arrest through trial, sentencing, punishments, and appeals are also studied. This course is an option for students in the litigation concentration.
