This program is designed to prepare graduates for careers in the Graphic Arts and Communications industries as interactive multimedia graphics production specialists. Emphasis will be placed on skills which will enable students to produce interactive multimedia products such as training and educational software products, digital interactive catalogs, sales presentation tools, interactive information kiosks, entertainment software (interactive movies, special interest titles and novels/stories) and Internet websites. All computer courses are taught using the Macintosh computer.

Second Semester: 14 Credits
Third Semester: 15 Credits
Fourth Semester: 16 Credits
Total Program Credits: 60
This program of study is designed as a terminal degree for a specific career field.
1 Review General Education pages and/or consult advisor for correct selection.
2 Graphic Arts (GART) electives can be selected from any Graphic Arts course that is not listed above as part of the required concentration, or may include any visual art courses with the approval of the Department Chair. Electives can be taken in any semester as long as course prerequisites have been satisfied. |
