CPET 1144 C++ for Technicians and Lab3 Credit Hour(s) This introductory course in the C++ programming language begins with an explanation of a general program development procedure using an Integrated Development Environment (IDE). Some specific C++ language elements covered include looping statements, functions, arrays, input/output operations, and classes. Emphasis is placed on effective program development practices, including flowcharting and debugging techniques.
Prerequisite(s): CPET 1114 Corequisite(s): MATH 1740 or approval of program coordinator This course is not designed for transfer to four-year universities. Students should check course recommendations with the college or university to which they intend to transfer for a baccalaureate degree. The receiving institution always makes the final decision about transferability of credits.
