This course presents individualized woodwind instruction at the student’s level and rate of development.
Student Learning Outcomes:
Upon completion of this course, the student will be able to:

Recognize the basic elements of music. Demonstrate skill and technique on their instrument.
Demonstrate coordination, flexibility, agility, and fine motor skills.
Demonstrate correct hand position technique on their instrument. Demonstrate correct embouchure and technique unique to their instrument.
Develop skills and learn representative repertoire in a specific musical performance medium.
