LEGL 2360 Legal Evidence

3 Credit Hour(s)
This course is an overview of the rules of evidence used in the law. Students study the general rules governing the admissibility of evidence, evidentiary privileges, and other types of evidence encountered in the legal process.
Student Learning Outcomes:
Upon completion of this course, the student will be able to:
 

  1. interpret the concept of relevancy;
  2. apply the concept of privilege;
  3. infer the concept of competency;
  4. express the concept of hearsay; and,
  5. distinguish the concept of search and seizure.


Prerequisite(s): LEGL 1300  and LEGL 1320  with a “C” or better
