CENT 2391 Internship 3 (2 lecture; 3 lab) Credit Hour(s) This is a supervised work experience designed to provide students with practical on-the-job experiences within the technical field (compensated or uncompensated). This will allow students to apply their knowledge to real world situations and to build relationships with companies. Student Learning Outcomes: Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
- Demonstrate the ability to plan projects from inception through completion.
- Demonstrate the application of basic process analysis and problem solving skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate and work within a team based environment.
Prerequisite(s): Permission of program coordinator. This course is not designed for transfer to four-year universities. Students should check course recommendations with the college or university to which they intend to transfer for a baccalaureate degree. The receiving institution always makes the final decision about transferability of credits.
