BUSN 2385 Project Design and Management

This course provides an overview of the tools and techniques needed to plan, execute and evaluate projects successfully.

Student Learning Outcomes:

Define the Project Life Cycle.
Identify approaches for selecting projects.
Identify steps in a developing a project plan.
Identify steps in the project control process.
Identify types of project closure.

This course is not designed for transfer to four-year universities. Students should check course recommendations with the college or university to which they intend to transfer for a baccalaureate degree. The receiving institution always makes the final decision about transferability of credits.
