ENST 1312 Computer Aided Design II

This course is an intermediate and advanced 2-dimensional CAD course that is designed to build upon a basic CAD course.
Student Learning Outcomes:
Upon successful completion of the course, students will be able to:

  • Create different types of section views used in orthographic projection.
  • Create auxiliary views of angled and oblique surfaces.
  • Generate a multi-page working drawing set, complete with the proper views and dimensions to fully define each part in the assembly.


Prerequisite(s): ENST 1311  
This course is not designed for transfer to four-year universities. Students should check course recommendations with the college or university they intend to transfer to for a baccalaureate degree. The receiving institution always makes the final decision about the transferability of credits.
