This program will provide training for students to become CNC operators. Emphasis will be placed on safety, materials, measurement, quality, setup, planning, benchwork, layout, and CNC milling and turning operations. Among the possible job titles for graduates of this program include CNC Operator, Machine Tender, Machine Operator, Medical Device Manufacturing Technician, and Quality Assurance Inspector. There are currently many job openings for graduates of this program in the local area, especially in the medical device manufacturing field.
