The Human Resource Management concentration prepares students for professional, entry-level positions in a personnel environment. The curriculum emphasizes recruitment, selection, placement, evaluation, training, and benefit analysis.
Program Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion, the student will be able to:
- Summarize the Federal Reserve’s role in regulation and agent of monetary policy.

Demonstrate a basic understanding of the entrepreneurial process.

Students will demonstrate an understanding of logistics’ place in the supply chain.
