RADT 1300 Introduction to Medical Imaging3 Credit Hour(s) This course is an overview of the basic aspects and principles of radiologic technology and the health care system. Principles practices and policies of health care organizations are examined and discussed. This includes but not limited to radiation protection, patient care and safety, agency structure and function, as well as radiology ethics. Open to all students.
This course is not designed for transfer to four-year universities. Students should check course recommendations with the college or university to which they intend to transfer for a baccalaureate degree. The receiving institution always makes the final decision about transferability of credits.
