LEGL 2330 Contract Law3 Credit Hour(s) This course provides an introduction to substantive areas of contract law, such as the elements of a contract, the legal effect of offer, acceptance, and consideration, the enforcement and regulation of contracts and the remedies for breach of contract, as well as the Uniform Commercial Code. There is an emphasis on drafting and analyzing different types of documents related to contracts.
Prerequisite(s): LEGL 1300 and LEGL 1320 with a “C” or better
