LEGL 2385 Civil Litigation Skills II3 Credit Hour(s) This course is required for all students in the Paralegal Studies program. It provides an introduction to civil litigation and practice in federal and state courts. The jurisdiction and structure of the courts in the federal, state, and local systems are explored. Students also study federal, state, and local rules of civil procedure.
Prerequisite(s): LEGL 1300 and LEGL 1320 with a “C” or better
