ALHS 2315 Experiential Learning3 Credit Hour(s) This course is designed to accommodate the student licensed/credentialed in a health sciences discipline and has significant work experience in that discipline but who has not attended a formal postsecondary program. The student will receive directed guidance in the development of an Experiential Learning portfolio, as described in the Experiential Learning Student Guide, for which they may receive college credit based on demonstrated achievement of college-level competencies in their discipline.
This course is not designed for transfer to four-year universities. Students should check course recommendations with the college or university to which they intend to transfer for a baccalaureate degree. The receiving institution always makes the final decision about transferability of credits.
