MECH 2490 Manufacturing Applications4 Credit Hour(s) A study of manufacturing improvement processes in a mechatronics system for real-world applications. Topics covered will include process variation, waste reduction, continuous improvement, and basic time study methods. Students will work as a team to apply improvement methods in a real-world application with a final presentation.
This course is not designed for transfer to four-year universities. Students should check course recommendations with the college or university to which they intend to transfer for a baccalaureate degree. The receiving institution always makes the final decision about transferability of credits.
