Developed in response to a growing emphasis on the need to learn and use quality management and leadership methods, the Q&P program provides students with the practical knowledge, skills, and abilities to be successful in the 21st century workplace. The five concentration courses are built around the ASQ Body of Knowledge for certification as a quality manager.
