Developed in response to a growing emphasis on the need to learn and develop the skills to start, operate, and manage a small business. This program is directly focused on the practical, hands-on aspects of small business. Students completing this program will be equipped with the practical knowledge, skills, and abilities to prepare a comprehensive business plan, demonstrate working knowledge of basic financial statements, explain small business credit policy, describe operational and organizational structures as well as apply primary management skill.
