DIET 2010 Dietetic Field Experience I3 Credit Hour(s) This course provides 135 hours of supervised practice in selected health care settings. The student will be exposed to all areas of the food service operation and the role dietetics plays in its management.
Corequisite(s): DIET 1130 Quantity Cookery and acceptance into the Dietetic Technician program This course is not designed for transfer to four-year universities. Students should check course recommendations with the college or university to which they intend to transfer for a baccalaureate degree. The receiving institution always makes the final decision about transferability of credits.
