INET 2023 Motion and Time Analysis3 Credit Hour(s) This course presents the principles and techniques used in work measurement and operation analysis. Topics involved are operator and machine process charts, product flow charts, operation routing charts, motion economy laws, standard time study methods, and synthetic time study methods. Videotape analysis and applicable computer programs are demonstrated. Technical report writing is emphasized and the student is required to write formal reports on laboratory projects.
Prerequisite(s): ENGL 1010 , INET 1004 , INET 2003 or approval of program coordinator This course is not designed for transfer to four-year universities. Students should check course recommendations with the college or university to which they intend to transfer for a baccalaureate degree. The receiving institution always makes the final decision about transferability of credits.
