RADT 1510 Radiographic Procedures I3 Credit Hour(s) This course provides an investigation of the procedures used in patient positioning and radiation safety instruction for radiographic demonstration of anatomical parts of the chest, abdomen upper extremity, pelvic girdle, lower extremity, and shoulder girdle; and includes topographical anatomy, patient and part positioning, equipment selection and use, and patient film orientation of radiographic anatomy.
Prerequisite(s): RADT 1710 and RADT 1020 . Corequisite(s): RADT 1310 , RADT 1210 , RADT 1910 This course is not designed for transfer to four-year universities. Students should check course recommendations with the college or university to which they intend to transfer for a baccalaureate degree. The receiving institution always makes the final decision about transferability of credits.
