FIRE 1320 Principles of Fire and Emergency Services Safety and Survival3 Credit Hour(s) This course introduces the basic principles and history related to the national firefighter life safety initiatives, and focuses on cultural issues to consider, as well as behavior changes needed, through life threatening fire and other emergencies.
This course is not designed for transfer to four-year universities. Students should check course recommendations with the college or university to which they intend to transfer for a baccalaureate degree. The receiving institution always makes the final decision about transferability of credits.
