LEGL 1320 Legal Research3 Credit Hour(s) This course is required for all students in the Paralegal Studies program. Students are introduced to principles of legal research including traditional and online resources, and they will learn to perform legal research using federal and state statutes, legal encyclopedias, treatises, government publications, and state and national reporters. Students also learn the proper method of citation and how to brief and analyze court cases.
Prerequisite(s): LEGL 1300 with a “C” or better
