This course identifies field-specific professional interpretation and translation certifications, including legal and court interpreters, medical interpreters, and other government certifications.
Student Learning Outcomes:
Upon successful completion of the course, the student will be able to:

Evaluate various industry certifications
Select a skill-appropriate industry to pursue upon completion of the certificate
Complete an examination or practice examination for a field-specific interpreter/translator certificate
Construct a three-year professional development plan
